Maidstone based RGVA Ltd, is a multi-award-winning, multi-accredited, Vehicle Graphics specialist providing an end-to-end service from design to installation on a national scale. Established in 2001, RGVA is now responsible for some of the most recognised vehicle branding on the UK roads such as Domino’s Pizza, Lidl, Curry’s and Nestle to name a few.
Only a stone’s throw from RGVA, truck and trailer branding specialist, Vinyl Signs and Designs have been branding vehicles for nearly 40 years. Originally traditional Sign Writers, Paul Richardson and his wife Val operated from their base in Gillingham, and in 1986, began using the new medium of computer cut lettering with great success. In 1989 they moved the business to Chart Sutton and grew the business there for 18 years before moving to their current premises in Headcorn in 2007.RGVA and Vinyl Signs & Designs have worked together a number of projects over the last 10 years and have built a successful working relationship based on their shared values around quality, customer service and teamwork. RGVA continues to grow and has recently invested into their headquarters in Maidstone to improve its production and installation facilities, this has given more opportunities for growth through increased capacity.
In 2022 initial conversations sparked an idea to bring Vinyl Signs & Designs under the RGVA banner, and RGVA’s Managing Director, Kieran McCabe says it couldn’t have been better timing. Kieran comments “We’re absolutely delighted to have Paul on board as a Sales Consultant, we have worked together many times in the past and it’s great to make it all official. It’s a triple win from my perspective, for RGVA, for Paul and for our customers”. Paul comments “Having built my business from scratch and developed strong relationships with my customers over the last 30+ years, I wanted to be 100% sure that they would remain in good hands. Joining forces with RGVA means I can still look after my customers and have complete confidence that the standard of work will remain at the highest of quality thanks to RGVA’s investment in machinery and working practices”.
